How to Copy Fonts:

Fonts can be located in the fonts folder in your system folder. Find the fonts used in your document. Click on them hold down the option key and drag it to your removable media (3.5” floppy, zip disk). Be sure to include BOTH Printer and Screen Fonts.

Linked Images:

It is very important you remember to include on your disk any linked images you have in your document. This will save us time and get your project printed faster.

Proper Placement:

Documents saved as EPS files should be placed in a standard page layout program (ie. Quark) to ensure proper placement of crop marks.

Quark Xpress:

Use collect for output under file menu. This DOES NOT copy fonts. Save fonts manually.

Pagemaker:

Under “Utilities” 9 “Plugins”, select “Save for service provider” and click on the “Preflight Pub” button. If the links and fonts are OK, click “package” and select the “copy all fonts” option.
