I just wanted to let you know about the superior level of customer service the Faculty of Law recently received from Dave's Quick Print on some much needed last minute holiday cards. On Thursday, December 9th within minutes of sending the request through email I received a phone call from customer service representative Chris Trubyk. Chris provided a competitive price and only four hours later that same day he stopped by personally with a printed proof for me to sign off. Although it was communicated that we could wait for the product until Tuesday, December 14 I was absolutely amazed and delighted to find out on Friday, December 10th at around 3pm that the product had been delivered. Now the impossible task of getting holiday greetings to our key stakeholders prior to the holiday break is possible, they are on their way in the mail today. My experience working with printing companies in the past just doesn't compare to the exceptional level of customer service we received from Dave's Quick Print, and a 24-hour turnaround on an order is unheard of.

I hope that this will be duly noted that we are really pleased with Dave's Quick Print both the quality and service are exceptional.
