Have a file bigger than 20MB?
Please use an FTP client or your internet browser and go to ftp://ftp.dqp.ca to upload your file. Note: If you use IE8 or later please press Alt key in your keyboard click on View and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer. 

Unless you have an FTP client this will open a new program windows. You should be prompted to login. Contact your account manager to setup and FTP account for you. Then simply drag and drop your file to the FTP host server.
